Laughing Moon Outfitters LLC is a print-on-demand apparel and accessories brand. All products are made to order and fulfilled through Printify. We are based in Washington State, USA.

2. Orders & Payments

All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.
By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
Orders are binding once payment is confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.

3. Production & Shipping

All items are made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days.
Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after production.
Once an order is submitted for production, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

4. Returns & Refunds

Because all products are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incorrect size selection.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days at support@laughingmoonoutfitter.com with a photo and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, logos, and artwork on this site are the original work of Laughing Moon Outfitters LLC and its founder. You may not reproduce, copy, sell, or distribute any design without explicit written permission. Purchasing a product grants you a license to wear and use that item — not to reproduce the artwork.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laughing Moon Outfitters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or purchase of products. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
